Wellbeing workouts are exercises that have been specifically designed to improve an area of your wellbeing. The more wellbeing workouts you complete in that area the stronger it will become. Each workout includes; directions on how to complete the workout, how often you can complete the workout, and a video demonstrating ways you can complete it. If you are a member of itsMYtime then you will also have the option to post how you completed it to your timeline, so that you can keep a personal record of achievement.
Why engage with Hobbies And Interests?
Engaging with your hobbies, and interests provides you with an excellent opportunity to experience flow. This is because they provide you with a challenge, require you to focus, and are things you find enjoyable.
Each wellbeing workout in this section will encourage you to put a condition in place to increase the chances of you fully engaging with your hobbies and interests and entering a state of flow.
Top Tip: Research has found watching TV has the lowest reported rate of individuals experiencing flow. So to increase your chances of finding flow resist selecting watching TV as an activity to do for the workouts in this section.
