Wellbeing workouts are exercises that have been specifically designed to improve an area of your wellbeing. The more wellbeing workouts you complete in that area the stronger it will become. Each workout includes; directions on how to complete the workout, how often you can complete the workout, and a video demonstrating ways you can complete it. If you are a member of itsMYtime then you will also have the option to post how you completed it to your timeline, so that you can keep a personal record of achievement.
