Identify a person who has influenced your life in a positive way. This could be someone who has given you good advice, always been there for you, or served as an inspiration to you. Write a letter, message, or email to that person expressing how thankful you are for what they’ve done and how this has positively impacted your life. When you have finished writing the letter you can either read it out to them in person or over the phone, or send it them via post, email, or message. If you can’t contact the person simply read the letter to yourself and spend some time thinking about how lucky you are to have had this person in your life.
