Ask yourself, What is motivating you to want to achieve this goal? Take pictures of the main sources of motivation and keep them in places you will regularly see them. For example, if your goal is to travel around Asia then you might have a picture of asian locations that you are going to visit saved on your phone or placed in your area of work. Visual sources of motivation are an excellent tool to keep your goals in the forefront of your mind.
