If you choose excessive mobile phone usage then only use your phone when absolutely necessary. Or if you choose eating junk food then you could cut down on the unhealthy foods you eat today. We all have bad habits that we know deep down aren’t good for us but we do them anyway because they provide us with a form of comfort. However reducing these habits will have a positive effect on your wellbeing.
