If the individual you have invited would like us to remove their information they can do so by opting out as described in the invitation.

When you have become a member you will have access to all features on itsMYtime. To get into the members only areas you will have created a password. You are responsible for keeping this password safe and secure. We advise you do not share this password and change it frequently. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to and from the site. Therefore any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. If you have subscribed to our monthly newsletter then we will use the information you give to us to provide the communications you have requested. If you wish to cancel the newsletter then simply select unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter or contact us and ask us to remove you from the list of subscribers.
Here at itsMYtime we encourage a positive online community. We want as many of our members as possible to interact, support, and empower each other. Therefore all members can view all posts that are posted within the communal areas of itsMYtime (Wall of AI, Supoort Rooms, Positivity Board). So please be aware that if you do post anything in the communal areas of itsMYtime then other members will be able to view this and also be able to click on your picture and view your profile. This will give them access to information on your profile page including; your name, picture, why you joined itsMYtime, and your signature strengths. They will not be able to see your wellbeing programme or the wellbeing workout you are currently working on. If you do not wish other people to see your profile then you have the option to post as anonymous in communal areas.
If you wish any information posted by other members to be removed from the communal areas of itsMYtime, simply then click report on the post and inform us of the reason why you would like it removed.
